  • When you are closing out a letter or an email, what​​ are things that you write?

  • Read Hebrews 13:18-19. ​​​​ What does the author ask the Hebrews to pray for? ​​ What is his desire? ​​ Why is this important for a Christian leader? ​​​​ What impact would his desire to come to be with them make?

  • Read Hebrews 13:20-21. ​​ How would the things he mentions in​​ verse 20 help and encourage the believers?

  • What does he pray for in verse 21? ​​ How​​ should the believers respond to this prayer?

  • Read Hebrews 13:22-25.  ​​​​ How does​​ the fact that he addresses them as “brothers and sisters” impact their paying attention to what has been written?

  • How does his desire to visit and bring Timothy​​ (v.23)​​ encourage the​​ church? ​​ What difference does personal presence make in a relationship?

  • How do greetings from Christians we know and haven’t seen for a while encourage us? (v.24) ​​ Are ​​ there people that this brings to your mind that you could/should reach out to?
