Community Christian Fellowship has a long, rich history of making disciples. In 1923, a group of men and women with a passion for seeing hearts transformed by the gospel planted a church. Their efforts laid the foundation upon which Community has been built and the reason it continues to produce disciples who love God, grow together, serve others and reach the world.

  • A small group of men and women began meeting in homes founding the Full Gospel Tabernacle.

  • Land was purchased and the first campus was built in downtown Carlisle.

  • Full Gospel Tabernacle changed it’s name to Grace Tabernacle.

  • The church restructured and reorganized to maintain it’s doctrinal integrity and became Community Baptist.

  • As the church grew, Community Baptist moved from the downtown campus to the York Road campus.

  • We officially changed the name from Community Baptist Church to Community Christian Fellowship.
